為了減去蘿蔔腿,不少女性會去健身房做訓練,但外國有一位女生做重訓時,因為姿勢不
當,被機器的重量壓到斷腳。
英國《每日郵報》報導,影片中身份不明的女子,進行訓練時將雙腳放在腳踏上,重複伸
直及曲膝的動作,但在雙腿伸出時,疑似伸得太直,機器重量強力折斷她其中一隻腳,場
面非常恐怖。
專家稱,片中女子雙腿伸得太直,沒維持膝蓋角度,可能是導致意外發生的原因。專家提
醒,重訓時需有專人在旁指導,選擇合適的重量,或者要先經過訓練以避免發生危險。(
